Return policy.

TDTech accepts returns on unopened products within 30 days of the original ship date; shipping costs are not refundable. A credit for the difference will be issued after a 15% return processing fee is deducted from the original cost. Please note that products that have been opened cannot be returned.

The return policy applies only to purchases made within the United States. For our clients outside of the United States, we can handle each individual case by sending us an email or by phone.

Manufacturer defects.

TDTech will accept returns on purchased products that have manufacturing defects. TDTech will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the product fixed or replaced with an exact or similar product under the warranty policy. The manufacturer will determine if the product can be repaired or replaced. Please notice that TDTech cannot override the manufacturer’s decision and that any shipping cost associated with the return of merchandise to TDTech will not be covered.

 

TDTech is not able to offer an exchange or refund for products under recall; product recalls are subject to coordination and responsibility of both the manufacturer and the customer. Our representatives are able to provide you with contact information for the manufacturer. 

 

No credits, refunds, or replacements will be issued until we receive the products into our facilities and have them examined.

 

A special note about respiratory equipment:

Since respiratory equipment is of very personal use, all products that are sold including Oxygen Concentrators, Nebulizers, Spirometers, and Oxygen Tanks, cannot be returned once the parcel has been opened.
