We will also accept International prescriptions given that the customer and prescribing doctor are residents of the same country and the prescription provided meets the guidelines set down by the country of origin. We require that if the prescription is in a language other than English, please include an English translation along with the original prescription. texasdtech.com reserves the right to refuse any International order it determines to not meet our requirements.

 

The customer is responsible for all International shipping charges related to returning an item for repair, replacement, or service and, if necessary, all International shipping charges for sending it back to the customer.
